At Wings, we don’t just make products—we build brands that care. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Marketing Manager located in Delhi, India. The Field Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life on the ground. This dynamic position blends strategy with action—leading the charge in crafting and executing impactful field marketing campaigns, working hand-in-hand with the sales team, and translating consumer insights into powerful market moves. From conducting real-time market research to identifying growth pockets, to strengthening distributor relationships and ensuring seamless brand visibility at the retail level—this role is about making things happen where it matters most: in the field. If you’re a go-getter who thrives on action, agility, and influence, this is your chance to shape how our products perform and connect in the real world. This role involves traveling to various locations nationally, organizing launch & sales events, and gathering customer feedback to improve product positioning and sales. Qualifications Experience in field marketing, brand management, and sales coordination Strong market research, analysis, and reporting skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software applications Willingness to travel extensively Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus Show more Show less
