Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a Field Marketing Manager, your main responsibility will be to plan, organize, and execute field marketing campaigns in order to generate high-quality leads, support sales efforts, and enhance brand awareness within a specific region or territory. Collaboration with the sales team, product marketing, and external partners is essential to localize marketing strategies, coordinate events, and create engaging experiences that will drive customer engagement and revenue. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing regional marketing campaigns and in-person events like trade shows, product demonstrations, roadshows, and seminars. You will work closely with the sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with revenue goals and sales targets. Building strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support regional growth is also crucial. Additionally, creating and managing event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless execution, maintaining brand consistency, and effective messaging across all regional marketing efforts are part of your role. Identifying local trends and opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and training and managing promotional teams or external agencies when necessary are also key responsibilities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing roles. - Proven ability to plan and execute successful regional marketing campaigns. - Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. - Willingness to travel frequently for events and field activities. Preferred Skills: - Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment. - Ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.,
