Customer Interaction Engage politely and professionally with clients to understand their needs. Answer initial queries related to interior design services, pricing, and timelines. Educate clients about free consultations, design portfolio, and site visits. 3. Appointment Scheduling Coordinate and fix appointments for design consultation or site visits. Send reminders via WhatsApp, email, or SMS for confirmed meetings. Ensure proper follow-up for rescheduling or missed appointments. 4. Coordination with Sales/Design Team Pass qualified leads to the sales/design team for further follow-up. Track status of leads and support in the conversion process. 5. CRM & Database Management Update and maintain accurate records of customer details and interaction history. Classify leads as hot, warm, or cold based on interest level. 6. Feedback Collection Collect feedback post-interaction or project handover, when required. Help improve client satisfaction and understand areas of improvement. 7.
