Telecaller – Roles & Responsibilities (Interior Design Industry)
1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up

• Call potential clients who have shown interest via website, ads, or referrals.
• Explain company services like home/office interiors, renovation, and turnkey solutions.
• Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM system with client responses.

2. Customer Interaction

• Engage politely and professionally with clients to understand their needs.
• Answer initial queries related to interior design services, pricing, and timelines.
• Educate clients about free consultations, design portfolio, and site visits.

3. Appointment Scheduling

• Coordinate and fix appointments for design consultation or site visits.
• Send reminders via WhatsApp, email, or SMS for confirmed meetings.
• Ensure proper follow-up for rescheduling or missed appointments.

4. Coordination with Sales/Design Team

• Pass qualified leads to the sales/design team for further follow-up.
• Track status of leads and support in the conversion process.

5. CRM & Database Management

• Update and maintain accurate records of customer details and interaction history.
• Classify leads as hot, warm, or cold based on interest level.

6. Feedback Collection

• Collect feedback post-interaction or project handover, when required.
• Help improve client satisfaction and understand areas of improvement.

7. Reporting

• Submit daily/weekly reports on number of calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication in local language, English, and/or Hindi.
• Strong listening skills and patience.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).
• Pleasant and persuasive tone.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,307.72 - ₹25,000.00 per month
