Job description:

A tele-caller & Computer office work job involves making and receiving phone calls to interact with customers for sales and support.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls to promote products, handling inbound inquiries and complaints, maintaining customer records in a database, and meeting sales targets. Ideal candidates need excellent verbal communication, persuasion skills, and patience. Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to inform them about products and services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
• Answer incoming calls to address customer questions, concerns, and complaints, providing solutions and support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in a database or CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, or sales closed.
• Gather customer feedback, process orders, and transfer opportunities to the appropriate departments for further action.

Skills and qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with customers.
• To persuade and build rapport over the phone is key to driving sales and conversions.
• Skillful in handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
• Ability to manage time and tasks, such as making calls while updating records.
• Computer literacy and experience with MS office software is required.
• English, Hindi fluency are important, local language skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
