Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive – Interiors to handle inbound and outbound client interactions, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales/design team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building strong first impressions and ensuring effective communication between clients and the company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries. Qualify leads based on set criteria (budget, location, design needs, etc.). Explain interior design services and company offerings to prospective clients. Schedule appointments/consultations for the sales or design team. Maintain and update CRM tools with client interactions and lead status. Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture interest. Coordinate internally with design and BD teams for smooth handover of qualified leads. Share brochures, portfolios, or company profiles as needed. Track and report lead conversion data and performance metrics. Assist in client database management and lead generation campaigns.
