Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and working in NCR and other areas to drive sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing branch sales, developing new business, and overseeing Collection, Stock & Operation. - Leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve predefined sales volume and profit goals. - Monitoring sales efforts and performance against budget. - Implementing Branch sales strategies and sales plans. - Resolving customer queries and reactivating dormant customers through the sales team. - Following up with customers. - Monitoring transportation and dispatches. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in selling adhesive and chemical items. - Experience in field sales for at least 1 year in the chemical industry. Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule. The role requires a willingness to travel up to 75%. The work location is in person. Thank you.,
