As a Field Marketing Manager, your role will involve developing, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies focusing on offline channels. You will work in consultation with sales teams and management to implement ATL/BTL and digital marketing strategies nationwide. Your responsibilities will include planning and monitoring new product launches, evaluating their effectiveness, and suggesting new product categories and SKUs to the R&D and management teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies nationwide, including ATL/BTL and digital channels. - Plan and monitor new product launches, evaluate their effectiveness, and suggest new product categories and SKUs. - Implement offline marketing strategies to drive brand presence and sales at regional and state levels. - Manage and expand networks, including retail, institutional clients, and distribution channels. - Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and ROI for offline marketing efforts using tools like Zoho, Lead Management Software, and Power BI. - Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration. - Collaborate with sales, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure integrated efforts and identify new market opportunities. - Negotiate with agencies for optimal media deals and advertisements. In addition to your key responsibilities, you will be required to have the following qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline channels. - MBA or B.Sc. in Agriculture. Key Achievements: - Launched wheat seed and pesticide categories, exceeding sales targets by 20%. - Designed the product packaging for "Home" brand products in Unnati. - Successfully established the Trucide pesticide brand. Required Skills: - Proven experience in leadership roles such as State Head or Regional Manager. - Expertise in retail management, network expansion, and client handling. - Proficiency in marketing tools like Zoho and Lead Management Software. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
