Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hatod for a Field Marketing Manager. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Nandi Seeds products, managing vendor relationships, and developing strategies to support sales goals. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a marketing team, conducting market research to better understand customer needs, building relationships with distributors and farmers, and organizing promotional events such as seed demonstrations and farmer meetings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies, market research, and competitor analysis
• Strong knowledge of the agriculture and seed industry and experience working with farmers, distributors, and stakeholders
• Leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising and guiding a team
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Planning, coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills for executing successful marketing campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with organizing agricultural campaigns, demonstrations, and training events is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel locally and work from the Hatod location
