The role involves managing and working in NCR and other areas for sales. You will be responsible for managing branch sales, developing new business, and overseeing Collection, Stock, and Operation functions. Your main responsibilities will include leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve predefined sales volume and profit goals. You will also be monitoring the sales effort and performance against budget, implementing Branch sales strategies, and sales plans. Resolving Customer Queries and reactivating dormant customers through the sales team will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with Customers and monitor transportation and dispatches. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in selling adhesive and chemical items. This is a Full-time position with Day shift working hours. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Field sales and 1 year in the chemical industry is required. The willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is preferred. The work location is in person.,
