The role involves managing and working in NCR and other areas for sales. You will be responsible for managing branch sales, developing new business, and overseeing Collection, Stock, and Operation functions. Your main responsibilities will include leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve predefined sales volume and profit goals. You will also be monitoring the sales effort and performance against budget, implementing Branch sales strategies, and sales plans. Resolving Customer Queries and reactivating dormant customers through the sales team will be a key part of your role.
