The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: - Confirming orders from clients - Coordinating with Head Office personnel regarding branch requirements - Handling retail customers as well as existing customers - Monitoring dispatch activities - Providing service support to clients to resolve issues and concerns, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction and improved retention rates.
