Client Servicing Executive (Female)

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for confirming orders from clients, coordinating with Head Office personnel for branch requirements, handling retail customers and existing clients, monitoring dispatch activities, and providing service support to clients to resolve issues and concerns with the aim of achieving high customer satisfaction and improved retention rates.
