Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Executive role based in Ghaziabad. The Field Executive will be responsible for managing and supervising the installation, maintenance, and servicing of elevators and escalators. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with clients and internal teams, conducting inspections, ensuring timely service delivery, addressing client concerns, and resolving technical issues. The Field Executive will also be responsible for maintaining quality control, ensuring all installations and services meet company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Technical skills: Knowledge of elevator systems, maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and repair methodologies.
• Communication and coordination: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Time management and problem-solving: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and resolve issues swiftly under pressure.
• Attention to detail: Proficiency in inspecting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality assurance processes.
• Physical fitness: Willingness to conduct on-site fieldwork and manage physical aspects of elevator installation or maintenance.
• Educational Requirements: Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
• Experience: Previous work in elevator installation, maintenance, or a related technical field is preferred.
