Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services, answering queries, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite telephone manner, and the ability to build rapport with customers. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information. Generate leads and maintain follow-ups to convert into sales. Record customer details, feedback, and interactions in the database. Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous approach during calls. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support business growth. Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the relevant department. Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (any stream). Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred. Good command over [English/Hindi/Regional language as per need]. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
