Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist for Key Accounts & Preferred Accounts (KA & PA) at our company, your role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers through pre-sales and post-sales technical support. You will be responsible for providing technical consulting, problem-solving, and supporting Proof of Concept (PoC), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and product testing. Additionally, you will deliver technical training and on-site seminars to customers and assist with any other tasks necessary to meet strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the CSM/RSM/BDM/KAM to offer technical support and solutions for KA & PA customers, including responding to proposal requests and resolving customer applications with technical expertise. - Support projects in the pre-sales stage by analyzing tender documents, proposing solutions, and conducting PoC and FAT for Moxas channels and end customers. Additionally, assist with pre-sales activities such as seminars, customer visits, and exhibitions. - Conduct internal and external technical training sessions for Moxa colleagues or customers. - Undertake additional assignments or projects as needed by the supervisor to achieve strategic objectives. Qualifications Required: - Fluency in English. - College degree in Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience with network products. - Familiarity with network technologies like VLAN, RSTP, IGMP, NAT, VPN, and Routing Function. - Preference for certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or above.,
