Main Responsibilities Pre-Sales Engineering: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at India operators. Conduct regular visits to telecom operators to gather technical requirements and ensure alignment with our STB products. Participate in pre-sales activities, such as product presentations, technical demonstrations, and responding to RFPs and RFQs. Run hands-on testing and Proof of Concept (PoC) trials for STB products Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team and act as a trusted advisor to potential customers. Relay feedback from operators to the R&D and product teams to guide product development. · Analyze the competitive products in the regions and provide analysis report for internal study Product Testing & Support: Develop and execute detailed test plans Conduct hands-on testing of devices in various environments to identify connectivity, performance, and compatibility issues. Respond to support emails from end-users, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to communicate test results, prioritize issues, and drive resolutions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products meet the latest standards. Requirements: Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of STB（Both pure ATV OTT and DVB Linux STBs） Industry Experience: Established relationships with India pay-TV operators and experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles. Testing Experience: Hands-on experience in configuring and testing STB and home networking devices and familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Adb, Wireshark, Iperf). Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Location Preference: Candidates based in Delhi or Mumbai are strongly preferred.
Position Summary: The SCM Manager has responsibilities to ensure products delivery as plan, help factories to clear the blockers that hamper the production, and engage to push factories close the orders when products EOL. Responsibilities: Assist HQ Supply Chain Team about suppliers / factories to source, qualification audit, site management. Assist HQ Supply Chain about supervision of the factories monthly production and shipment achievement. Manage the clearing and billing of each project, and solve the daily production issues on-site. Real-time status monitoring of factories and suppliers. Qualification: Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or Engineering related preferred. 5+ years of experience in PMC or project / program management. Results oriented, with a strong time-goal concept. Good at communication & negotiation. Strong ability to take working pressures.
