Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Female Counselor to provide academic, career, and personal guidance to students/clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, and 1+ year of counseling experience . Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one counseling for academic, career, and personal concerns. Conduct outbound/inbound calls to guide students/clients. Assist in career counseling, course selection, and skill assessment . Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions. Use basic computer skills for documentation (Excel, Word, CRM tools). Organize workshops/webinars on mental wellness and career growth. Collaborate with teachers/parents/management for student development. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in Counseling (Education/Career/Mental Health). Excellent communication & active listening skills . Proficient in calling, follow-ups, and rapport-building . Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM tools) . Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental attitude . Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Psychology/Social Work preferred). Preferred Skills: Certification in Counseling/Career Guidance/Mental Health . Experience in student counseling (schools/colleges/coaching centers) . Knowledge of psychometric assessments .
