Kshetra is dedicated to fostering an inclusive democracy with a focus on development through Public Policy, Government Advisory, Skill Development campaigns, Policy Analysis, Governance Initiatives. We work through building strategic frameworks with policy dialogue, operational strategy, resilient design, and evidence-based decisions for larger social impact. Our clientele includes state governments, district administrations, educational institutions, law firms, research firms, non-profits, MSMEs and investment trusts.

• Design thinking
• Bachelor's in Public Policy, Political Science, Social Work. Exp in govt or non-profit sectors is beneficial
• Support operational social impact -building with different departments. Role ideal for a mid-career professional passionate about public policy, research, govt engagement, policy presentations,

 Key Responsibilities  

 ● Strategic dialogue engagement with different departments and government stakeholders on livelihoods, policy initiatives, and communication dissemination to the grassroots for the  

 ●Work with offices of MLA, MP, Minister with departmental bureaucrats, officers for advocacy initiatives on inclusion and welfare of informal sector workers from the micro-level.

 ● Coordinate implementation of joint projects, initiatives of the government, special launch vehicles of the government, pilot exercises at the functional level in partnership with the civil society, gram panchayats, community groups, societies.

 ● Policy briefs, presentations , govt consultations, technical committees, multi-stakeholder forums.

 ● Track regulatory policy developments, implement policies of social protection, and help achieve their market standard for their products

 ● Liaise, admin, monitor, execute, and work with grassroots partners, civil society to channel ground insights into government and civil society dialogue to ensure reach of government scheme at doorsteps.

 ● Replicate, reciprocate best practices, project learnings, across the government sector, public platforms, social protection policy landscape through dashboards, data visualization.
