Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate in the F&B Service Department. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
