Job Role: Food & Beverage (F&B) ManagerThe F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth daily operations, cost control, and adherence to quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily F&B operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Supervise and train staff to maintain service quality, hygiene, and efficiency. Develop menus, plan budgets, and control inventory to reduce wastage and maximize profits. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations. Handle guest complaints and provide effective resolutions. Monitor and analyze sales and implement strategies to increase revenue. Plan and manage special events, banquets, and promotions. Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field. Proven experience in F&B operations/management. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of F&B trends, cost control, and budgeting. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
