F&B Manager

• Operational Oversight: Managing the day-to-day running of restaurants, bars, room service, and catering operations to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and motivating F&B staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
• Menu Development & Quality: Collaborating with chefs to design and update menus, ensuring food and beverage quality is consistent and meets guest expectations.
• Financial Management: Developing budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses, controlling inventory costs, and analyzing financial reports to meet departmental financial objectives.
• Guest Satisfaction: Responding to customer feedback and complaints professionally, implementing service standards, and fostering relationships with guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Inventory & Purchasing: Managing stock levels, ordering supplies from vendors, maintaining inventory records, and securing good prices and contracts from suppliers.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all F&B operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Marketing & Events: Coordinating with event planners and marketing teams to promote special packages, organize events, and implement sales strategies to boost F&B revenue.
• Reporting: Preparing weekly and monthly reports on performance, costs, and expenditure for management.
• Supplier Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with food and beverage vendors and negotiating contracts for the best deals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
