Job Description

Spick & Span is hiring following position on contractual basis for coal mines near parasiya, Chhindwada, MP

Food & Accommodation will be provided.

A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees all aspects of an establishment's food and drink operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing menus, and controlling inventory and budgets. Key responsibilities involve planning menus, sourcing and managing vendors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading the F&B team to meet financial and service standards. Core Responsibilities

  • Staff Management:Recruit, train, schedule, and manage the performance of food and beverage staff.
  • Menu Development:Collaborate with chefs to design and implement menus that are appealing, profitable, and meet guest needs.
  • Inventory Control:Forecast, plan, and control the ordering of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure quality and avoid shortages.
  • Budgeting & Financials:Monitor revenues and expenses, manage the department's budget, and analyze financial reports.
  • Customer Satisfaction:Ensure high standards of service, handle customer complaints, and maintain excellent relationships with guests.
  • Health & Safety:Ensure strict compliance with food safety and health regulations through audits, inspections, and proper handling of food and facilities.
  • Vendor Relationships:Build and maintain relationships with food and beverage suppliers, negotiating arrangements for products and services.
  • Operational Oversight:Manage the daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and special events, ensuring smooth and profitable service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
