Job Description

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of F&B Service.
  • Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards at all times

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B service staff
  • Conduct daily briefings and regular training sessions
  • Monitor grooming, discipline, and performance of staff

Guest Satisfaction

  • Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
  • Maintain service quality and hospitality standards
  • Interact with guests for feedback and improvement

Cost Control & Inventory

  • Control food, beverage, and operating costs
  • Monitor breakage, wastage, and pilferage
  • Ensure proper stock control, indenting, and inventory checks

Menu & Sales

  • Coordinate with Executive Chef for menu planning and costing
  • Promote upselling and increase revenue
  • Plan special promotions, festivals, and events

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, cost, manpower)
  • Ensure SOPs are followed by the team
  • Coordinate with accounts, purchase, and stores department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Amingaon, Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
