Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all food and beverage operations within budgeted guidelines and maintain the highest service standards.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and implement continuous improvements.
Identify customer needs and respond proactively to their concerns.
Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising personnel.
Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
Promote two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Report on sales results, productivity, and operational performance to management.
