F&B Manager

As an F&B Outlet Manager at Arlo Hotels in Miami, FL, you will play a vital role in assisting and supporting the Restaurant General Manager(s) in the overall operations of the Food & Beverage outlets. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service, create memorable experiences, and ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities: - Always treat guests with courtesy and respect in various situations - Coordinate and multi-task job duties in an active environment - Assist in training and developing management and staff - Schedule front of house departments - Develop training documents, menu descriptions, and service documents for front of house staff - Discuss hiring needs, assist in the interviewing and hiring process - Prepare and conduct staff training classes - Design and implement tools and procedures to improve service - Lead pre-shifts daily to update staff on company news, HR updates, and menu additions - Handle guest relations issues effectively - Ensure health department standards are met daily - Implement plans to increase profit margin by controlling costs - Uphold restaurant standard operating procedures - Develop relationships with guests to promote the restaurant - Uphold People Services best practices for coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, hiring, and terminations - Ensure compliance with all Arlo Hotels policies and procedures - Act as an ambassador for Arlo Hotels Culture Qualifications: - Florida Food Handler Manager Certification - Minimum two (2) years of experience in F&B Management or similar roles Physical Abilities: - Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 15 pounds without assistance - Reach overhead and below with the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping - Perform other reasonable responsibilities assigned by Leadership Join Arlo Hotels and be a part of creating a sense of awe that leaves a lasting impression on guests.
