F & B Manager Responsible for Managing Food and Beverages operation in a Members only Social Club while upholding the Club's Culture, traditions and Service Values. Reporting to Secretary / General Manager / Managing Committee Responsibilities Overall control and supervision of all Food and Beverage services and kitchen staff deployed across outlets, bar, banquets and events. Preparation and monitoring of duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower, fairness in scheduling and uninterrupted service operations. Planning and implementation of staff meals and staff menu planning in coordination with the kitchen team Manage and monitor cleanliness of kitchen, Storage areas regularly Manage daily operations of restaurant, bar, banquets and club events, ensuring consistent and courteous service standards Handling day-to-day staff related matters, including attendance, discipline, grievances and performance concerns in a fair and humane manner Ensure high levels of member satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely resolutions of complaints. Prepare periodic MIS reports, attend committee meetings and implement decisions approved by the Management Committee Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
