F&B Controller

The position you are applying for involves championing and implementing property-wide strategies to deliver products and services that meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customers and property employees. As part of this role, you will provide financial expertise to support the successful implementation of brand service strategies and initiatives while maximizing return on investment. You should hold a 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major, with no work experience required for this position. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data and market trends, assisting in creating annual budget plans, monitoring actual sales against projections, and developing strategies to improve profit. You will also be involved in managing accounting teams by providing clear leadership, setting goals, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. Additionally, you will support property strategy from a finance and accounting perspective, submit reports in a timely manner, monitor taxes, and ensure compliance with operating procedures and audit processes. Anticipating and meeting the needs of key stakeholders, such as owners, corporate, and guests, will be a crucial part of your role. You will also be responsible for managing human resource activities, including cross-training team members, administering policies fairly, and developing individual team members based on their strengths and career aspirations.
