Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
