F&B and Event Service Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B and Event Service Expert to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with expertise in food and beverage services, as well as event planning and coordination.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of food and beverage services, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement effective event plans, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage budgets and costs associated with food and beverage services, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.

• Proven experience in food and beverage services, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of event planning and coordination, including venue selection, catering options, and entertainment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset.
