Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event service management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage services for events and functions.
  • Develop and implement menus and pricing strategies to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Analyze customer feedback and improve event services accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing food and beverage services for events and functions.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, pricing, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze customer feedback.
