Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate food and beverage services for events and functions.
Develop and implement menus and pricing strategies to meet client needs.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Analyze customer feedback and improve event services accordingly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing food and beverage services for events and functions.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, pricing, and vendor management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
