Role Description:

This is a contract-based, on-site position in Jaipur for experienced educators who can design and deliver high-quality recorded courses for UGC NET Paper 1 and their respective Paper 2 subject (Law, Commerce, Management, Political Science, English, Sociology, etc.).

The selected UGC NET Faculty Member will be responsible for:

• Creating and recording the entire Paper 1 syllabus (Teaching & Research Aptitude, Reasoning, ICT, Higher Education, Communication, etc.).

• Developing and recording Paper 2 content for their subject specialization.

• Delivering concept-based, bilingual (Hindi + English) lectures designed for online learners.

• Preparing structured notes, presentations, MCQs, and test series for course integration.

• Collaborating with Jyoti Judiciary’s academic and content team to maintain quality, structure, and academic consistency.

Qualifications:

• Strong command over UGC NET Paper 1 syllabus and expertise in one Paper 2 subject (Law / Commerce / Management / Political Science / English / Sociology / Education / etc.).

• UGC NET or JRF qualification (highly desirable).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills in Hindi & English (bilingual preferred).

• Prior experience in teaching, UGC NET coaching, or recorded content creation is an advantage.

• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur during the recording and course development period.
