Role Overview: You will be a full-time, on-site Faculty Member based in Katni, responsible for delivering high-quality classroom sessions and preparing students for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, and Olympiads. Your main focus will be on ensuring strong academic performance by planning engaging lesson content, conducting periodic tests, analyzing student performance, and providing personalized feedback to support their learning journey. Additionally, you will participate in mentoring initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality classroom sessions and prepare students for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, and Olympiads. - Plan engaging lesson content and conduct periodic tests. - Analyze student performance and offer personalized feedback to support their learning journey. - Participate in mentoring initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies. Qualifications: - Subject-matter expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics with a strong command of curricular frameworks and exam patterns. - Skills in lesson planning and classroom instruction to deliver engaging content effectively. - Proficiency in analyzing student performance, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback. - Strong mentoring, motivational, and communication skills to guide students and enhance engagement. - Ability to collaborate with peers and contribute to improving teaching methodologies. - Post-graduate degree in a relevant subject or equivalent qualifications. Prior experience in test-prep coaching is an advantage.,
