This role focuses on promoting our educational preparation services (UPSC, UPPCS, NEET, JEE) and increasing app downloads among students. In addition, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for supervising Sales Executives, ensuring that each team member achieves their monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. School & Institution Tie-ups Identify and connect with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes across Uttar Pradesh. Build partnerships to integrate our educational app into their student ecosystem. Maintain a pipeline of potential institutions for continuous business growth. 2. Sales & Promotion Present and explain our UPSC, UPPCS, NEET, and JEE preparation services to school management, teachers, and parents. Drive student app downloads and registrations through direct sales activities, seminars, and events. Guide and support Sales Executives in achieving their monthly targets of 1,000 app downloads or 10 successful Platform conversions with nominal platform fees of Rs.5000 3. Team Leadership & Target Monitoring Supervise and mentor Sales Executives to improve performance and achieve targets. Review daily/weekly sales activities and ensure individual targets are met. Each senior sales executive will have 20 sales executive under them. Provide training, motivation, and feedback to enhance team effectiveness. 4. Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with principals, directors, and decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions. Provide regular updates, support, and customized solutions based on school needs. 5. Event & Activity Coordination Organize awareness sessions, workshops, and promotional events in schools and colleges. Coordinate with teachers and administrators to align activities with academic goals. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns. 6. Reporting & Analysis Track and report overall sales performance, app downloads, and partnership outcomes. Evaluate the performance of each Sales Executive against set targets. Provide insights and recommend strategies to management for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. 4–7 years of proven sales/business development experience, preferably in EdTech, coaching, or educational services. Strong knowledge of competitive exams (UPSC, UPPCS, NEET, JEE) and student needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Ability to work independently and manage field visits. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with schools/colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Exposure to EdTech products, apps, or online learning platforms. Strong network in the education sector.
