Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving student engagement and business growth by partnering with schools, colleges, and coaching institutions. The primary goal is to promote our educational preparation services (UPSC, UPPCS, NEET, JEE) and ensure app downloads by students. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to meet monthly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. School & Institution Outreach

Visit schools, colleges, and coaching centers across Uttar Pradesh.

Connect with principals, teachers, and management to present our services.

Build partnerships for student engagement and app promotion.

2. Sales & App Promotion

Promote our UPSC, UPPCS, NEET, and JEE preparation app directly to students and parents.

Conduct product demonstrations, awareness sessions, and seminars in schools.

Achieve monthly target of 1,000 free app downloads or 10 successful Platform conversions with nominal platform fees of Rs.5000

3. Relationship Building

Maintain strong relationships with school staff, decision-makers, and students.

Serve as the first point of contact for queries from institutions and students.

Provide continuous support to ensure smooth onboarding of students on the app.

4. Event Coordination

Assist in organizing workshops, awareness drives, and promotional events.

Coordinate with teachers and administrators for approvals and scheduling.

Work with the marketing team to promote events in schools and the local community.

5. Reporting

Submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports to the Senior Sales Executive.

Track app downloads and conversions from assigned schools/colleges.

Suggest improvements based on field experience and student feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred).

1–4 years of sales/business development experience (EdTech, coaching, or educational services preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.

Ability to work in the field, travel frequently, and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with schools, colleges, or coaching institutes.

Exposure to EdTech apps, e-learning platforms, or competitive exam preparation products.

Local market knowledge of Uttar Pradesh.

Working Conditions:

Full-time field role with regular travel across districts.

Performance-based incentives for achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Support and training provided by Senior Sales Executive and Head Office.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
