Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Faculty Member based in Hyderabad. The Faculty Member will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive classroom sessions, preparing and curating educational materials, mentoring students to achieve their academic and career goals, and contributing to curriculum design. The role requires actively monitoring student progress, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in relevant disciplines and teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in designing educational materials and building engaging lesson plans
• Ability to mentor and motivate students to maximize their academic potential
• Organizational and time management skills for effective classroom planning
• Prior teaching or training experience is highly beneficial
• Master’s degree or higher in relevant subject areas; teaching certifications are a plus
