Counseling and Guidance: · Provide career guidance and course counseling to prospective students and parents based on their interests, skills, and aspirations. · Assist students in understanding the scope of AVGC/M&E courses and help them make informed decisions. 2. Lead Management and Conversion: · Handle inquiries from multiple sources (walk-ins, telephonic, email, or digital leads). · Follow up on leads and ensure conversions from inquiry to admission. · Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to close admissions. 3. Student Enrollments: · Ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. · Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students. 4. Database Management: · Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. · Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement. 5. Marketing and Collaboration: · Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance and leads. · Represent the organization during events, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities. 6. Team Mentorship: · Provide support and mentorship to junior counselors/telecaller, helping them improve their counseling/calling techniques and achieve targets. 7. Industry Awareness: · Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the AVGC/M&E education industry. · Share insights and updates with the team to enhance counseling quality. Skills and Competencies: · Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to build rapport with students and parents and guide them effectively. · Target-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding enrollment goals. · Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. · Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field. · Prior experience in AVGC/M&E education counseling is highly preferred. · Experience in handling a team or mentoring counselors is a plus.
