Assess risk profiles for large industrial assets, offshore/onshore operations, and high-value infrastructure.

Negotiate terms and conditions with global reinsurers to secure optimal coverage.

Maintain strong relationships with brokers, cedants, and reinsurers in the energy sector.

Ensure technical underwriting is compliant with company and regulatory guidelines.

Mentor and guide junior underwriters in energy risk assessment.

Monitor market trends, pricing, and emerging risks in the oil, gas, and energy insurance segment.

2.      Senior Position – Facultative (Parameters & Agriculture)

Experience: 10–15 years in agriculture/parametric insurance with facultative reinsurance exposure.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Structure and place facultative reinsurance programs for agricultural crops, livestock, forestry, and weather/parametric solutions.

Analyze data from weather models, yield statistics, and satellite imagery to price and design covers.

Collaborate with brokers and cedants to understand agricultural and climate risk requirements.

Develop innovative parametric insurance solutions for natural catastrophe and climate change risks.

Build strategic relationships with domestic and international reinsurers.

Lead renewal and new business acquisition in the agriculture and parametric insurance domain.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for agricultural reinsurance.
