Factory Supervisor

Role Overview The Factory Incharge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the factory, ensuring smooth production activities, timely dispatch of stock, and effective coordination with customers. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Factory Operations & Supervision Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are met. Supervise factory staff, assign tasks, and maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and production lines. Implement and maintain safety protocols, housekeeping, and factory discipline. Maintain stock records of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables. 2. Customer Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for customer updates related to production and dispatch. Provide customers with timely information on order status, dispatch schedules, and any delays. Handle customer requirements, feedback, and coordinate solutions promptly. Maintain healthy professional relationships with customers. 3. Dispatch Planning & Logistics Coordination Plan daily/weekly dispatch schedules based on customer orders and priority. Coordinate with transporters, loading staff, and logistics partners. Ensure accurate packing, weighing, billing, and documentation of dispatched goods. Track dispatched consignments and provide updates to customers. 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain production reports, dispatch logs, and stock records. Prepare daily/weekly updates for management. Coordinate with accounts team for billing and invoicing accuracy.
