Job Description

Telecalling Executive Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Explain products or services clearly and convincingly over the phone. Answer customer queries and provide relevant information. Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up on previous contacts to maintain customer interest. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions. Requirements: Good verbal communication skills in [insert required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. A pleasant and confident telephone manner. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus (not mandatory). We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales. You should have good communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
