Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Operations Head to oversee and manage end-to-end operations of our manufacturing facility in Vizianagaram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and financial planning, with proven leadership in driving plant efficiency, cost control, and productivity improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasting, and cost analysis in alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management within the plant.

Key Requirements:

• MBA in Finance & Operations from a recognized institution.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in plant or factory operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh
Candidates must be open to relocation or currently based in or near Vizianagaram.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
