The Factory Manager will oversee the entire operations of the forging plant, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, cost-effectiveness, workforce management, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role demands strong leadership, hands-on experience in hot forging processes, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in forging operations, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hot forging, tool & die, heat treatment processes.
• Experience in handling internal and external quality audits (ISO, IATF, PEd, API, customer audits).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production tracking tools.
• Leadership, team handling, and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continual improvement initiatives is an added advantage.
