Experience:

15 to 20 years in plastic moulding and tooling Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations specializing in plastic moulding and tooling
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive hands-on experience managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily factory operations ensuring smooth workflow in plastic moulding and tooling
Supervise and lead the production team to meet output targets and quality benchmarks
Oversee maintenance of machinery and tools to minimize downtime
Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards in the factory
Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics departments
Monitor production schedules and optimize resource allocation
Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements
Maintain accurate production records and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Engineering (BE) is mandatory
15 to 20 years of relevant experience in plastic moulding and tooling
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools related to plastic moulding
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
