What are we looking for ?

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and optimize production operations for luxury bags, hand-made bags, and packaging. The ideal candidate will oversee production schedules, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality standards while making strategic decisions based on consumer demand and sales data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the production process for luxury bags, hand-made, and packaging, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and analyze reports on production performance, quality metrics, and inventory levels.
• Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
• Set production schedules, and make informed decisions on packaging based on market demand and sales data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in factory & production management within the Paper

Packaging Industry.

• Should have prior working experience in offset printing.
• Proven expertise in preparing reports, and setting production schedules & Proficient in Ms-Office.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership can lead a team of 100 people.
• Solid understanding of industry trends and consumer demand.
