Designation Plant Head – Chocolate Manufacturing

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in food or chocolate/confectionery manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of chocolate production processes, machinery, and quality control systems.
• Proven ability in team leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and safety.
• Drive production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control while maintaining product quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with R&D and supply chain teams for new product trials, process optimization, and capacity planning.
• Monitor and achieve daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing workforce and promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Manage plant budgets, capital expenditures, and operational KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
