Factory Manager

As a Factory Manager at RRK COTTON'S INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production and maintenance activities of our garment manufacturing facility in Tirupur, India. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in the garments field, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the factory while maintaining the highest standards of quality. **Core Responsibilities:** - Handling production processes efficiently to meet quality standards - Managing production workforce including staff and workers - Supervising maintenance staff for general upkeep of the factory - Coordinating with merchandising team to ensure timely delivery of products **Required Skills:** - Extensive experience in the garment field, specifically in undergarments - Strong leadership skills to effectively lead a team **Required Qualifications:** - Any Degree In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will benefit from PF and ESI coverage. Proficiency in computer knowledge with MS Office is essential for this role. The salary range for this position is between 35,000 to 70,000 per month. The work location is in Tirupur near Tamilnadu Theatre.
