As a Factory Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process and ensuring the smooth operation of our factory. Your responsibilities will include managing the production workforce, both staff and workers, as well as the maintenance staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of the factory and coordinating with the merchandising team to meet production goals. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Garments field, particularly in undergarments. Being a team leader is essential, and possessing strong organizational and communication skills is a must. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in any discipline and should be proficient in computer knowledge, especially with MS Office.
