About the role:

As a Factory Manager, you will oversee the production of goods from start to finish. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the products created meet quality standards and are delivered on time. You will need to possess both technical knowledge (both process and material) and strong leadership skills to succeed in this role. Hard-core machining experience with capability of delivery high-quality goods.

Responsibilities:

· Implement systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the fabrication process

· Review and analyse production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources

· Coordination of outsourced jobs with different vendors

· New Vendor development to optimize the production schedule

· Monitor and maintain quality control standards during the fabrication process

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of goods

· Recruit, train, and supervise a team of fabrication professionals

· Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and budget

· Provide regular reports to senior management regarding performance and productivity

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies

Candidate requirements:

· 7-10 years of experience in the same field

· Graduate from B.Sc , B.tech or Diploma in engineering,

· Excellent knowledge of Engineering Drawing, Material, Fabrication and machining process, Inventory Management, Vendor Management

· Must have led a team of at least 15 people

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
