Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Supervise and coordinate all production activities related to HVAC products (e.g., air handling units, ducting, chillers, etc.) Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet delivery timelines Optimize resource utilization and reduce production downtime Team Supervision: Lead, train, and manage factory floor staff, technicians, and supervisors Implement shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing Promote a culture of discipline, safety, and continuous improvement Quality Control: Ensure that products meet industry standards and customer specifications Work with quality assurance teams to implement quality checks and audits Address any non-conformance issues promptly Maintenance & Safety: Coordinate with maintenance teams for upkeep of machinery and tools Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free workplace Conduct regular safety drills and compliance checks Inventory & Materials: Ensure availability of raw materials and parts for uninterrupted production Minimize material wastage through process improvements Collaborate with the procurement team for inventory planning Reporting & Coordination: Maintain production reports and performance dashboards Liaise with design, engineering, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations Report any issues or bottlenecks to higher management with proposed solutions
